intraocular avastin injection for histoplasmosis

I just had an intraocular injection of avastin in my right eye and am experiencing some discomfort. I was wondering if it was normal to feel like the outside corner of your eye is scratched or as if there is something in the corner like an inward eyelash or something, although I don't see anything there. I have been very cautious during the antiboitic drops as well as during showers. This is the 2nd full day after the injection and I wasn't sure if I should still feel any discomfort or if I should call my specialist
