intraocular lenses and plastic surgery

hello everybody,i have eye problems since im 7,23 today.back in 2001 i had an operation - from retinal detachment,a.d because of that my iol wqs removed,and im still without i,back then the doctors told me i have to be grown to implant it.lately im intresting in doing this,but however i try to find the right place i cant,here in my country even doctors just dont want to help with some info,even knowing they cant help me.so pls can you direct me to the.best place i can go enywhere in the world.thank you    i have a question about my other eye,i dont see enything with it by the way,its really smaller and not a nice view so im looking for a plastic operation to,not the typical eye replacement,cause i wont give up that    easy.thanks again and looking      forward for any help.
