Would a posterior IOL protect the cornea in an aphakic eye filled with silicone oil?

It's possible but not likely. Silicone oil degrades silicone IOLs. Ther artifical cornea is too new to have any experience with eyes full of silicone.

Is is possible for an IOL to be implanted into an aphakic eye TOTALLY filled with silicone oil ...posteriorly and anteriorly...and can this work with an artificial cornea?

Would an artificial cornea be degraded by the oil?

By definition an aphakic eye has no IOL in it. If it has an IOL its a pseudophakic eye. An do an IOL will not block the silicone all the time.
