The odds are that it isn't a cataract, and that you will have been spending time worrying about nothing. In the unlikely event it is a cataract, then its best to know early so you can emotionally process it. Its not useful to keep posting on this site when what is needed is for an eye doctor to examine your eyes to see if there is anything to worry about. If there is, then you can consider treatment options.
If it were a cataract, it would be unfortunate, but its not the end of the world. There are > 20 million cataract surgeries done each year around the world and the vast majority have great results (it only takes a minuscule fraction of those with problems to post about concerns to make it look like more of a big deal than it is if you forget all the millions who aren't posting).
Since the odds are its not a cataract, it probably isn't useful for someone your age to spend much time researching treatments since the odds are by the time you do have a cataract in some future decade, that the treatment options will be vastly improved.
