Hello doctor..I m 19 yrs old girl..n i am wearing specks since i was 12 yrs old..nw my both eyes hve - 4 number almost..i wanted to know that if there is any natural way or treatment with which i can regain my eyesight?? i dnt like to wear specks or lenses
