itchy skin around eyes

I am a 25 year old female. I have been dealing with the same exact problem for almost a year now. I noticed certain masceras make the problem worse but even the absence of mascera does not make the problem go away. It feels like bugs are crawling on my skin around my eyes. It's making me miserable. I've been to three doctors who only prescribe me with creams and pills that don't work. The only thing that reduces my eyes from swelling and flaking is touching them as little as possible.

It's highly unlikely that bugs are causing the problem. Stay away from touching your eyes. If it gets worse see an Eye MD that specializes in external disease/cornea.
