lattice degeneration in both eyes,doctors confused me

Dear docs,

i have lattice degeneration with holes in both eye.In right eye i can see black thread ,dark spot.
my vision is 6/6 with -.25 in both eye.
One doctor told me to go for laser treatment but when i went to another doctor she told me no treatment needed now just in six month come for check up.Now i am confused i should go for treatment or not.

I have lattice in both eyes and have never treated it. Moreover excellent Eye MDs often disagree about what lattice needs RX.  I would suggest you get second opinion, or go with the Eye MD you are most confident in.  I suspect you will not need RX with such a low degree of myopia (this assumes you have no family history of retinal detachment)
