left eye lid closed more than right

hi im 15 years old, my left eye lid is closed more in my right eye. is that normal and when i look out each eye at something white, my left eye will be more white, and my right eye will be a tint redish, not much though. i get minor aches in my head all over, what could that be ? or could it be from like not drinking enough water, i have allergies and i passed out two years ago wen i was taking a shower. the doctor said it was just from getting worried.

Tell  your parents about your symptoms and have them make you an appointment with an ophthalmologist as soon as possible.  Your symptoms are not normal and deserve a complete evaluation with an ophthalmologist.
