little clear bubbles on inner eyelid

I have been noticeing small clear bubbles forming on the inside of my lowere eyelid . I have several of them , i had some tobradex drops and used them but nothing is makeing them go away , has anyone had this problem ???

I have clear bubbles in the upper eyelids, and i dont know what they are, They does not pain, but i would like to remove it.

DOn't use tobradex as it has steroids. Most of these bubbles are harmless conjunctival cysts and nothing needs to be done to them.
