long time working on computers hram to eyes?

Hi,

i am jessica.

I need to work on computer for 14- 15 hours daily. feeling very tired & I want to know will it affect my eyes
can anyone help me and why? any causes

It can cause eye strain, headaches etc but will not cause any serious damage to eyes. You can do couple of things to reduce this strain like

take regular rest like for every 1 hr continuous computer work take 10 or 15 minutes break.
get enough night time sleep
wash your eyes with fresh cool water at times etc.
