loss of vision

  I have a 1/3 loss of vision on my right eye, followed by a 4 to 6 hour level 10 head ache. I noticed that I have a  red veined contact looking thing on the surface of my eye. When the iregularity on my eye is gone my sight returns but the headache continues. This morning the same simptoms started again, two weeks later. Catscan, opthomoligist visits , eye exams and emergency room visit so far is waht ive had done.
     Please help me find an answer.

That is not the type of problem that lends itself well to this type of Form. Many problems are difficult to diagnose or can only be diagnosed with the passage of time and the appearence of more signs and symptoms.

You may chose to follow along with your present physicians. You may also ask your ophthalmologist to refer you for another opinion if he/she is stumpted by your problems.

Ultimately you may want to see a neuro-ophthalmologist that are the masters at difficult and obscure diagnoses.  You can find one at www.aao.org and use the Find An Eye MD feature.
