lost vision for 2 seconds

I was working on my PC when i suddenly had a high noise inside my head, between my ears and lost vision for about 2 seconds.
Then all back to normal after feeling little bet dizzy.
I haven’t had such incident before and appreciate any insight or suggestion how to diagnose the reason behind what happened.

Seek medical attention immediately. Something is going on inside your brain that is causing symptoms in both your hearing / balance system and your vision system. Your description is not typical for migraine. You may have a serious problem with blood flow to the brain or inflammation in the brain and this event is the earliest sign.
