low vision

hello
i have been wearing glasses for about 2/5 years now and eventhough i wear my glasses 24/7 ,recently i am noticing that my eye vision has become lower that i cant see clearly with my glasses on. i just wanted to know what may be reason? since i work alot with computer , could that be the reason? and what could i do to improve my vision?
i have heard about palming being a good exercise, is that true?
should i change my glasses or stay the same?
thanx so much for ur help!

Comuter use (thankfully) does not cause eye damage or injury. Yes it can cause eye discomfort or fatigue but not physical damage.  If you can't see normal with the "right' glasses it means there is a disease process somewhere causing the problem. you need to have this evaluated by a Eye MD opthalmologist.

Living a healthy lifestyle: good diet, not being fat, not smoking, not abusing alcohol or drugs, protecting you eyes from excessive sunlight exposure will reduce the chance of most eye diseases
