macular scarring

I just wanted to know if there was a surgery to fix macular scar i got when i was a kid

If the scar is on the surface of the retina (epiretinal membrane, also called surface wrinkling or macular pucker), this can be removed with a vitrectomy surgery. If the scar is under the macula, then surgery is not helpful. I would recommend a consult with a retina specialist to determine if surgery would help you.
