multiple lattice degeneration

My husband aged 57 years has been diagnosed as having "multiple Lattice degeneration" in both the eyes. He has been advised "Laer treatment"Please advise

Yes. Get the opinion of a retina surgeon. My eye has been lasered. I have almost lost the vision in the eye that was not lasered. I have lattice.

A specialist can tell you best if your husband should have this treatment.

Lattice degeneration is a condition in which the peripheral [edge] of the retina shows thinning.  A retinal specialist [eyeMD] will be able to evaluate his eyes to determine whether or not treatment is indicated.  Please make sure to ask the doctor all of your questions.
