my niece's eye

we was told 2day that my 2yr old niece ma av a tumor behind her eye  and i am just wonderin what t coud b and what the treament   would be??? plz help me i am worried b out my niece

Sorry for my delay in getting back to you.  Hopefully it is a non-malignant tumor (there is a type of non-malignant tumor called an AVM or arterio-venous malformation.)  The prognosis is much, much better with non-malignant tumors since surgery alone is often very effective.  Malignant tumors are much more complex and can require and possibly chemotherepy.  I pray that her doctors can help her to heal completely.
