my 4 year old daughter has dialated eyes for about 3 days now

I have a 4 year old daughter and for the last few days her eyes have been dialted (enlarged pupils) and she complained today about having chest pains and when I asked haer to breath and tell me if it hurt. She said it did ?

This discussion is related to constantly dialated pupils.

Call your pediatrician and discuss. He/she may want you to bring her in for exam.
