Yes I can tell the the left eye looks larger than the right eye. Whether this is due to the right upper lid drooping (ptosis) or the eyes are larger than they should be I cannot tell. Do work on trying to get the child to a medical school with an ophthalmology department.

Your child needs to be examined by an Eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in pediatrics. I do not know the medical resources of your country. This could indicate problems in the eyes, in the eye muscles, the eyelid muscles or the tissue behind the eye and needs evaluated over and above a "regular doctor"
