Anxiety can certainly make anything feel worse. But what you're describing sounds really, really ordinary, not like something to worry about. Allergy and wind make MY eyes water.
If a doctor has looked into your eyes and even taken photos, he/she would have called you if there were anything wrong in there.
no im not saying that the anxiety is making my eyes irritated i was just saying maybe my anxiety is making me think its worse than what it is???? but thank u for ur comment, but if there was something wrong with my eye would of it shown up in the photo they took of the inside of my eyes??
I would suggest taking your eyes to an opthalmologist rather than to an optometrist. The specialist in conditions of the eye can evaluate you for 'dry eye' as well as for allergies. Wind would be a factor in both cases. Tiredness probably is not. I can't think of any way that anxiety could contribute directly to watery, irritated eyes, but if you're seeing someone for your anxiety anyhow, it might be time for a little conversation.
