my son eyes

my son born with one  eye which looks smaller than the other.
we don,t know if is the eyeball are the differents sizes, or if he has ptosis.
we have an appointment ophthalmic surgeon.

do you know which is the cause of his eyes be like that? do you know anybody with same problem?

he is only 4 weeks old.

I cannot diagnose even by pictures but it sure looks like ptosis of right upper lid. Howeve it is very important to see a pediatric ophthalmologist for a complete medical eye exam.

(He has ptosis in the right eye)

could you check if he has other problems apart from the ptosis.

Only the Eye MD will be able to tell for sure. Statistically ptosis is much more common than true difference in the size of the eyes.
