myopic macular degeneration

myopic macular degeneration

Sir
I have high myopia in both eyes (Male age: 24). I can see clearly in my left eye with glasses but right eye has problem. Now I am seeing black (not dense black) like thing in my central vision so  I couldn't focus on any object or letter.I think I am developing Myopic Macular Degeneration(MMD).The thing is that I can't see a doctor at least for a month as I am on job tour to a remote place now.So please suggest that Would it get worse in one month or I should immediately go to the doctor.I have tried  to see Grid Chart , I won't see curvy lines. As of now what I should do  like what diets I should take to prevent it from worsening.Sir please reply it's killing my mind and passion for work.

Thanking You

Since this is a sudden change and, as I understand it, you have a black spot in the center of your vision that is there all the time and does not "float" this should be considered an emergency and you should see a ophthalmologist, ideally a retina specialist as soon as possible. MMD needs to be ruled out. If it is the "wet" variety it needs injections of lucentis or avastin.  Take action quickly.

Sir
whenever I rotate my eye bulb to read anything it also rotates with eye bulb and comes in front. It's not of a sudden.I mean to say initially I found problem seeing in my RE.If I close my RE and use my LE then I can see everything properly. But if I will close my LE and see only with RE then I couldn't see properly. The RE vision isn't crystal clear even with glasses just like LE.I came to know this condition for the last 8 months. It may be there before but I haven't marked it.I also see a retina specialist and LASER barraged a retinal hole in RE few months back. But now I am seeing a light black(very light) spot of elliptical shape. Please suggest what it might be.

Thanking You

As I said in my reply it may be blood vessels in the center of your eye bleeding. See the retinal MD as soon as your can. Call their office today and let them know your symptoms.
