I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what you're looking for. There really are no "signs" or "symptoms" of myopia. Myopia is a condition caused by a cornea that is too steep or an eyeball that is elongated, causing the image to come to a point in front of the retina rather than directly on it. This leads to blurry vision when looking at an object more than a short distance away, but clearer vision when looking at close objects. The condition does not cause mydriasis (dilated pupils), sensitivity to light, or any of the other symptoms you mention. It also has nothing to do with being indoors or outdoors. Looking through a small pinhole does improve vision, but that is true regardless of whether one is myopic or hyperopic.
Myopia is almost always correctable by eyeglasses or contacts, and most of the time by refractive surgery (e.g. LASIK).
Hopefully this helps answer your question. Please feel free to re-post if you wish, but we would ask that you be a little more specific as to what you're looking for.
