You need to see an eye md to have your eyes checked.

1. You should see an ophthalmologist for an exam. It could be due to cataracts or corneal or macular disease.
2. The hyper bright Xenon lights dazzle even normal eyes and in my opinion should not  be allowed.
3. When you drive at night focus on the white line at the edge of the road.

Well that is a common problem with macular disease.  Ask your MD eye ophthalmologist about anti-reflective lens, the new custom ground glasses RX like those of Zeiss, tints
