one eye smaller than other?

my one eye is smaller than other eye,after my birth water started coming from left eye and gradually it became smaller than right one.The vision of my left eye  also became very low,Now i am 17 years old plz tell me what should i do.At the time of birth  my eyes were equal and had no problem but gradually my left eye started becoming smaller as water started coming  from eye.Plz tell this disease had any cure or not.

If you really have one eye that is getting much smaller itself, this could represent a very serious problem called hypotony which could be the beginning of the end for the eye. This can occur due to several very serious eye conditons.  Now sometimes people think their eye is getting smaller but what they really mean is that the eyelid is drooping down.  If that is what you mean then that is more of an eyelid plastic surgery question.  Finally make sure that the other eye is not bulging out and just making it appear that the other eye is smaller and one more thing, sometimes the smaller eye is not really smaller but rather more sunken in due to some orbital problem. Obviously the situation is complex enough that you need to see an ophthalmolgist in person.
