one eyelid can not open

Hi. My dad had a headquake and the next day he can not open one of  his eyelid. One eyelid is completely shut and he use his finger to try to open which it did not help. He went to see a doctor, the doctor give him eye drops which I dont think he needs eye drops!! Its been 3 days now n his eyelid is still completely shut! Is it his eye muscle thats causing it?

This is a EMERGENCY he should go to an emergency room now or call an ophthalmologist immediately. It could represent a stroke, aneurysm, brain tumor, myathenia gravis. This is a scary history. Act now. He needs MRI and to see an ophthalmologist and a neurologist.
