opthamology specialists in New Jersey

I am showing severe optic nerve cupping in my right eye with  increasing pressures and continually thinning retinas,  I am seen every six months because of the changes.  I am diagnosed with POTS on a background of hypertension, with pressures highest when supine.  The opthamologist I am seeing said this cannot be a causal factor.(both sets of grandparents lived to their nineties and there is no family history of glaucoma on either side)  My continuing research suggests differently.  Am I correct in believing uncontrolled pressures may contribute.  If  you agree its necessary,  would you kindly recommend an opthamologist who is familiar with dysautonomia. Thanking you in advance.
