optic nerve drusen
Can optic nerve drusen can it make your eyes red and sore not all the time but about every 4 to 6 weeks some times longer my daughter has been going though loads of test they now say this is what she has she has no sight without her glasses off her sight blacks out about 5 times a day for a few seconds when her eyes go red and sore she says it's like a knife is been dragged though her eyes it stays sore for about a week or 2 then they are ok till about a 4 to 6 weeks latter then it starts again she gets drops every time hope someone can help thanks
No optic nerve drusen would never cause those symptoms. You will need to work with her ophthalmologists Eye MDs to find a different cause. JCH MD
