optic nerve thinning

I am attaching the medical report I got from my friend

Past history: Has no significant past history or family history

Present complaints:
            History of occasional vertigo since the age of 16 yrs.. Gradually progressed to continuous sensation of   spinning of surrounding.

. Has associated ringing in both ears since 6 yrs..
Blurring of vision on focusing on an object…
Orthostatic hypotension.
Short sight (sudden development) Rt.-1.5 and lt.-2.
No associated headache or nystagmus.
Diagnostic investigations:
Perimetry –normal study
Audio gram – normal
Amsler grid – abnormal (  AMD like pattern)

OCT optic coherence tomography- optic nerve thinning+ both eyes
         Mild retinal pigments seen
        Atrophic changes seen at fovea
        ? Degenerative disorder of brain.
MRI scansbrain:  normal study
     Has sudden vision loss to rt..-1.5 and lt..-2..
     Has orthostatic hypotension…
     No nystagmus..or associated headache…


is there any treatment for this case?

It is impossible to comment without a diagnosis and more information.  What is his vision?  The OCT changes are minimal and no numbers are provided.
