Are there any homeopathic remedies that offer relief for this disease?  Has the onset been connected to any activities, foods, exposure or pre-exixting condition in the patient?  Have there been any successful treatments found outside of steroids?

No homeopathic treatment is a waste of money and often dangerous. The cause of OPT is unknown. Steroids are the main treatment. Often injected into the orbit.
