My son was recently diagnosed with papilledema, MRI showed nothing, Blood work was normal, spinal tap showed pressure peaking at 19 and average at 18 but the DR. did not re leave the pressure and seems to be sending us back to the eye dr.. He is experiencing headaches, blurry vision, feeling like he will pass out when playing but they keep saying they can't find anything to cause it!! Help please?????

I'm sorry but this complex case needs to be taken care of by a neuro-ophthalmologist.  First, it needs to be determined if he truly has papilledema or pseudo-papilledema.  In other words is there really a problem?  If it is truly papilledema then a very extensive workup needs to be undertaken and a diagnosis needs to be found.  You may need to go to a major university medical center.  Again, I very strongly recommend he see a neuro-ophthalmologist.  Sorry I can't be more help.
