pathological myopia

I am 21 and the spherical power of my eyes is around -10D. My eyesight has been stable for almost two years now and I currntly am able to see well with eyeglasses. My questions are
- Does everyone with high myopia have pathological myopia
- Does everyone with pathological myopia get incorrectable vision loss after a certain age
- What is the extent of such visual loss ( minimun and maximum)
- At what age can I start expecting deterioration of vision
- Can anything be done to prevent it other than looking out for symptoms and regular check ups
- Can intake of 7-methylxanthine later in life help
