perceiving the nose as halved nose shadows and head-vision pulsing

Hey all.So for about 4 years i see two images of the nose(one half of nose left and other right of the two eyes).
This images are very annoying because they are located on front of my vision(not exactly front but close)....also i have apulsing headache and pulsing vision and generally a pulse eveywhere in my face and head and especially in all teeth area.its like my vision goes crossed without my eyes going to the center.so i cant focus on objects because i have .so anybody knows anything?.thanks

i have been in many opthalmologist and neurologists.when i visted an binocular vision specialist he told me to do syrgery for diplopia.so i did.i was better after the surgery but now again after 6 months i have the same vision and pulsing.i will visit again him but waiting for answers and opinions from you.thanks
