physiologic anisocoria

When I was a baby, it was noticed that my pupils were different sizes.  My pediatrician proclaimed that it was most likely caused by a strained birth.  I had not noticed that my pupils were different sizes until only a couple of days ago.  I have checked photos of myself from various years ago and noticed that in some photos my pupils are different sizes, and in some they are the same size.  I am not worried, as the difference is not that large, and both pupils are still responsive. I have no sever pain, or confusion, or sight troubles.  However, my vision is poor, and has been for a while (20/100).  I have been to an eye doctor before but it was not mentioned.  I am looking for confirmation that I am in no serious danger.  Can you confirm this?

Thank you!
