piggy back lens implant complications

Had cataract surgery from a severe nearsidedness vision....had a lens implant....post surgery went from -8 to +1  so did a piggy back.....now day vision really super...20/20 or slightly better....problem is night vision....lights have starring at the 2 0'clock position.....when passing lights go by.....vision sees a reflection move across the lens....anythoughts as to what happened?

Depends on the material of the two lenses and how they may interract.  Discuss with the surgeon.  Sometimes symptoms get better with time depending on the source.
