poked eye treatments

I got poked in the eye playing basketball. What is the best treatment?
Patches, eyedrops, or a combination of both?

If you still have pain or blurred vision you should call your ophthalmologist if you have one or if not call the answering service and get in tomorrow. Do not patch the eye. Use artifical tears, pain medication and warm compresses.
