possible alternating aniscoria?

possible alternating aniscoria?

I went to a neuro opthalmologist last week because sometimes my pupils are slightly larger than their mate. the doctor said it was physiological aniscoria. however my question is this, 95% of the time my left pupil is slightly (1mm) larger than my right in low light settings, but once in a great while the right is slightly bigger (1mm) than the left?? what the heck?

That's just the way it is. If the neuro ophthalmologist was not concerned unless something changes I would not worry. I have physiological anisocoria myself.
