post concussion

I hit a moose with my car about 1 month ago. My Dr said I had a concussion and was in the stage of having post concussion symtoms (symptoms) that include dizzyness for serveral weeks. I had a really bad dizzy spell that lasted about 2 hours but finally went away. After having this spell I notice having vision problems that seems to have been getting worse over the last 3 days. I have a hard time focusing and my hand eye coordination is not right. When at work my eyes seem to be stained and get a tired feeling. After several hours of work my eyes start to hurt. I went to my eye doctor and she diatated my eyes and did some test but could not see any physical damage to my eyes themself. Could there be anything going on in my brain from the concussion that is causing the eye problems I am having and what should I do about these problems.
