post silicone oil vitrectomy restrictions

I had gas bubble vitrectomy on July 10.  On Aug 8 Dr. advised me that the retina has become detached again at the same location.  I am going to have silicone oil vitrectomy.  If you had this procedure done, can you please answer me the following questions?
1. for the first 7-8 days position the head down, but what about sleeping? head down and/or sleep on the same side as the operated eye?
2. after 7-8 days what are the restrictions? still sleep on side or head down only?  treadmill walking allowed? any sport like table tennis?  If not allowed then for how long?

Thanks

Your surgeon should advise you on those matters but if you will use the search feature and archives and search "gas in eye" and activities after RD surgery there are many informative discussions.
