No IOL works for everyone. Use the search feature and archives and read about "dysphotopsia" if neither your surgeon or a consultant can find anything wrong that may be the problem. There is a surgeon Sam Masket MD in Los Angeles that specializes in post IOL surgery problems. It might be worth seeing him. He is also an expert in treatment of dysphotopsia.

Dr. Hagan,
I already saw another eye Dr. at UC med center ,and he cannot see anything unusual in my eye. Idid find postings that mentioned the Acrysof implant does not work for everyone.
That is a high quality IOL by a trusted manufacturer. I suggest you get a second opinion. You can ask your surgeon to refer you or find a Eye MD near you at www.geteyesmart.org
