Good luck with the prism, after my surgery for Intermittent Exotropia years ago I see crossed ( double vision ), my surgeon over compensated and after many prism glasses ( and $ I can't afford ) I'm stuck blocking my bright eye 24/7 with simple equipment ( black tape, old glasses )... Good luck on your search...

lazy eye is not precise term for it can mean ptosis, exotropia and amblopia. Prisms might be used to treat exotropia.
