problem with my eyes

i  hav operated eyes which 12 yers back im 26 now,
now my left oprated eye has started looking differently  i.e. more white abd the sape of my pupil is also chanign all compared to right eye.. i do little bit exerce and take som drops but i am woried plz tell me a solid way so that i can really work hard on making them same again

The pictures are dark and not well focused. There is no substitute for you seeing an Eye MD, ideally a strabismus (eye muscle) specialist.  The faculty of a medical school almost always has one of these on staff.
