progression myopia and eye max product in the market

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your guidance given for my son 10 year old, last year. apon routine check up with doctor it is found that his spec power has increased from -3 to -5 in span of 1 year. the doctor tess us it is normal and anything can not be done except waiting for this to stop. This is what I gather from your web site question as well that it is progression myopia. now my question is that
1. raeally there is no way to improve  this ?
2. when I searched web site , I came across aproduct called eye max , detail of which I,m attaching below, which claims about improving eye sight, qouting that it has beenin use in western coutry for long time. Pl guide me on this, if its really helpfull or its quack.
