I have to clean my RGP lenses several times a day. What would be the reason they would "fog up" so often? I was my hands, use Boston cleaner, and wetting, and sometimes "comfort drops" as I have dry eyes.
I have seen people with severe dry eyes or with bad allergies or lid margin disease that develop tremendous build up on their contact lenses - so much that they sometimes have to quit wearing them. For starters, attention needs to be directed to these conditions to see if they are present. You need your ophthalmologist to take a thorough look at your eyes. Sorry but this is not some quick fix situation, most likely.
