My daughter was born with a droopy (left) eye lid.  but the real problem is that she is now 1 month and her right eye had turned brown and is now turn back to a blue/grey color.  her left eye never changed from the blue/grey color.  she has had a MRI and no tumor were found, but i was wondering can horner cause the diffrent color or changing of the iris ? and what are the causes that people are blind or have problems seeing with the droopy eye.
