pupil not center?

What does it mean when your pupil isn't center to the outter rim of your iris? I notice this in my 5 year old, has been to an optometrist that didn't express concern.

It's natural for the human pupil to be a little off center, usually towards the nose. If still unsure, then get a second opinion with a medical doctor who specializes in the eye (Ophthalmologist).
