Why shouldnt omega 3 oil from say flaxseed or hemp oil be put directly into the eyes for dry eyes?
I have tried it and now my eyes are blurry is there any danger?

I would recommend that you not put oral oils or foods in your eyes unless specifically recommended by your eyeMD. Please go to an eyeMD to determine the cause of your blurriness and make sure you irrigate it well first.
