recommended behaviour after PRK

recommended behaviour after PRK

Hi,

4 days after PRK. I feel much better. Almost no pain. However vision is still blur.
Got few questions. Forgive my ignorance.

1. I managed to watch TV, iphone and PC screen today. Is it recommended to avoid watching electronic devices till at least 2 weeks after the sugery?
2. Are there any recommended or not-recommended activities to improve the vision and increasibng the surgery chances to remove the need for glasses paramently? (medium sport, watcing TV ot PC, going iutside to the sun, eating certain food or anything else?)
3. A general question: Are vision problem (the need for glasses) is a genetic outcome or behavioural one?

if it's the later - than the surgery is just temparary solution. no? As my osition (software engineer who sit at least 10 hours a day in front of the PC) will damage my vision in "no time"?

Thanks a bunch

These are questions for your surgeon.  Some of these answers depend on the amount of correction, the dryness of the area, sunlight, etc.
