red spot on my eye ( hemmorage?)

I have had this on and off in the same spot a prescription vigamox got rid of it once but i dont know what causes this to occur every other year it seems and it wont go away naturally. could it be that i am at a computer all day at work and need to get my vision checked. I do work out daily which i have seen could cause a hemmorage. any help would be greatly appreciated.

my moms friend said her son had this problem and they found that he had parasites from eating sushi? doest that make any sense though? please help

bright red blood spots on the white of the eye without pain and no decrease of vision are very common and rarely serious often recurrent they are called subconjunctival hemorrhages. If on coumadin the INR test should be done.
