reflected light

reflected light

I live in the San Francisco bay area. One night while crosing a bridge
I saw the lights reflecting off the water and it made me think.
1 - Does everybody see the light the same? In other words, is the light
reflecting off the water the same width across for everybody?
2 - If it is not the same for everybody what does it indicate?
Is it from a differance from peripheral vision or possible night vision or
  is it something else?
I have no real reason for asking this question except that I have
been thinking about it for about 5 Years!
    Thank You for your answer.

david-
not everybody sees everything the same.  sometimes the reason is obvious, say the person has cataracts or has a congenital disorder that leaves them blind or has glaucoma. but the real bottomline is that our eyes simply capture the image, it is actually interpreted in our brain, our minds and just like we all feel differently about certain things, we all interpret the world  around us in different ways.
