Can an rezoom lens be put in a socket that a cristal lens was removed from, it had folded.

Sometimes. BUT WHY WOULD YOU WANT A REZOOM LENS IN YOUR EYE. The studies that Dr. Kutryb and I published in medical journals using research from these eye forums showed that was the most troublesome IOL. In my opinion it's old technology and should be pulled from the market.

If not, what other lens would work? I was told that she could not put another Cristal lens
back in and put a standard lens in.

For most people a Crystalens or a aspheric monofocal would be a much better choice.
